Nokia encourages and equips all engineers, including interns and early-career professionals, through training and information-sharing about innovation and IPRs (Intellectual Property Rights). From my experience, Nokia focuses on building a strong knowledge and an innovative culture as a foundation. This foundation helps individuals develop the skills and mindset necessary to think creatively, solve complex problems, and eventually propose innovations or improved IPRs. Furthermore, Nokia organizes workshops from time to time to generate and encourage innovations.
