Do you have any advice for me as a junior in college wanting to build a career as a software engineer with Nokia?

I think the most important and valuable advice I can give you is to love what you do. This is the foundational pillar in order to build a career as a software engineer. You should definitely complete your studies and gain a specialization based on your interest. Then, you can continue with a master's degree or you can look for an internship. This will help you practice your knowledge and see how you can apply it. There are internships at Nokia and sometimes you can continue from these positions to junior roles.

Thank you so much for the genuine response Stefanos. I definitely do love software engineering and can’t wait to make a career out of it! I’m more of a hands on learner so I’m going to keep trying for an internship so that I can get that valuable experience. I really appreciate the guidance!
