Let me introduce briefly about Head of Technology Center's focus and responsibility. A technology center is an R&D unit with an R&D focus in a location, serving business units' development, function, and operations. My role is the leadership role to engage R&D leaders to build the site as an R&D powerhouse with best-in-class delivery & quality, continuous competence development, and efficiency improvement, engagement & well-being of the employees, engagement with universities & local ecosystem, boost innovation via internal improvement and collaborations with local ecosystem partners, etc. My role is always working for making the technology center more shining. The evaluation will be based on employee feedback and also some important factors linked to my responsibility.
