Hi;
I am not a storyteller ;)
About LGBT:
1. I haven't seen any acts of discrimination (against any minority)
2. I saw some activities pro LGBT (pride month, LGBT leaders....) but I was not involved in them.

Well, what can I say:
- please check if you use Nokia equipment there
- if yes, please contact Nokia, you will be redirected to the dedicated team being in charge of your market/country
- our specialist will analyze your issue and improve the system
The information that "the communication is still not stable" can mean anything to us.
For example, I support South Korea. Our specialists cooperate with Korean providers, analyze customer issues, simulate the customer environment in laboratories, go to Korea and take part in the deployment and adjustment of the 5G system there.
