What's the biggest challenge that you face in your role and how do you overcome it?

Hi Philip, personally the biggest challenge in my role is organizing my day. There are several tasks, responsibilities, and projects that are on the go at the same time. It's very busy and always lots to do! How I overcome it is by creating a list of to do's and managing priorities first, one step at a time. Regarding the second question about a ideas a junior intern can use to stand out - there are no tools to use per say but the number one way to stand out is to professionally network over social media such as LinkedIn or at virtual or in-person events to meet individuals, companies or organisations that are relevant to your future career.
