Thank you for the excellent question.
There are various steps to ensure no place for rumors. The leadership guarantees transparent and regular communication. We also ensure a common vision through regular engagement across the team colleagues based on trust and integrity. This creates a ‘one team’ spirit. We work to create a culture that is inclusive, diverse, and empowering. The guiding principles for our ways of working are our essentials: being open, fearless, and empowered. We all try to live these essentials and practice them regularly. Our CEO strongly endorses psychological safety for all and colleagues are encouraged to speak up with ideas, questions, concerns, or mistakes. Every opinion is valued and all employees are respected. Every good (or not so good) news is shared transparently, understood properly, and accepted as a reality. All the above make communication open and generate trust. Happy to explain further if necessary.
