Additional information

I have recently done research on 5G infrastructure and believe the technology will change the way every person in the US and more lives their life. The only issue is the amount of infrastructure needed before 5G can be fully reached is enormously large. How will people in rural areas benefit from 5G in the short term? Will RAN towers be taken down? What software issues are being worked on today?

The infrastructure required for rolling out 5G is huge, as pointed out. It is also good to remember that there will be several phases until we reach the point in which 5G will disrupt our everyday lives. The standard evolves and so does the needed functionality. To tell the truth, the complexity of the system and the promising outcome is what give me the will to work.
