How you think an old deployment manager like me can move from infrastructure spirit (3G, radio, access, optics) to 5G?

Of course yes. I have many colleagues (managers as well) that moved from 2G, 3G to 5G. As you described: we work with base stations, radio access, optics, and many new features of course.
We have managers that came to Nokia from other IT fields as well.
Don't hesitate to apply ;)
