Hi, Rishi, I would say Nokia has returned to its roots and focused on Connecting People - within HR as well as widely, in the Nokia organization. With more focus on people and teams - helping leaders with virtual teams, understanding colleagues and their personal life/family/time better, respecting workload and personal circumstances.
With the human angle in focus, HR has run several pulse surveys to understand how people are dealing with COVID, what kind of challenges we all have, and help overcome them - also with regular community calls.
We have also helped leaders with training and reading material to better support their teams. We do connect people, and our culture will hopefully lead us to "Back2Better" in the long run.
