This will vary depending on the role you are interested in. But, in my opinion, there are 2 skills that will help you with any role:
- Communication - knowing how to translate your thoughts and ideas to people from different levels and backgrounds. It's not as easy as it seems, and it will make a world of difference in your life
- Proactivity - things don't fall out of the sky, we need to show interest and take initiative whenever possible.Â
