What is one problem inside Nokia that AI probably won't replace in the next decade, and what makes it fundamentally resistant to automation?

Thanks for the question - AI is moving so fast! Who would have thought we'd be doing so much with it already? Even some schools are starting to teach kids how to prompt properly. To be honest, this is a hard one to answer in a general way, but let me share my own opinion from my experience at Nokia.
If I had to pick one problem inside Nokia that I don't think AI will replace soon, it's aligning technical decisions across multiple domains when the answer isn't clear. Different teams have different constraints, and someone still needs to sit in the discussion, understand the trade-offs, and help people agree on a way forward.
In my current work as a software architect, that's a big part of the job. AI can help with drafts or summaries, sure - but the hard part is the collaboration. One small decision can affect the whole system, and you can't only think about the sunny-day case. You also need to consider what happens when things fail. That needs people who take ownership, not just a good prompt.
