    Hello Samruddhi R.,

This is a pretty broad one - if you asked each employee you'd probably get a different answer from each. But let me share 3 things I personally enjoy here.

The first is career growth. With such a wide portfolio, you're not locked into a single path - you can start as a software developer and move into testing, architecture, or even management. I see that as growth in both directions, vertical and horizontal.

The technology is another one for me. Some colleagues started with GSM (2G), and look where we are now... heading to 6G. I never feel like I've stopped learning.

And the last one - the people. A lot of my work involves collaborating across different components, cultures, and even continents. The discussions expand my knowledge not just technically but also on the soft-skill side, like coordinating and managing the work. As a bonus, I learn a lot from the people around me - some even outside the work/technical context.

Do you have a specific area you'd like to know more about? Feel free to send me a follow-up question.

    Best regards,

    Casey
