Kyi W. asked a question to Casey C.
Hello Kyi W.,
Thanks for the question - I can't speak for every recruiter or every country, but from my experience when people asked about me for roles beyond what I first applied for, a lot came down to how I showed up in conversations, not only the job title on the application.
My two cents: stay flexible and open to change - Nokia moves in different domains and teams, and being willing to learn the next thing matters. And be prepared - have a real story ready for times you picked something new or adapted when the role or stack changed. I've been on the interviewing side too; those answers land better when they're concrete, not something you improvise in the moment.
I hope that helps.
Best regards,
Casey
