Scott...this is quite a complex question and the visibility of our insiders into the highest level coordination across major functions may not be accessible to provide a sufficient answer.  

As with most companies all functional areas have their respective leadership teams that frequently meet and exchange issues that go across a given function. Where teams have the need to engage with one another, often separate operational meetings may be created to avoid siloed operations.
