Yaswanth M. asked a question to Casey C.
Hello Yaswanth M.,
Thanks for the question!
If you're aiming for work on agentic AI and internal automation tools like LangGraph or MCP, in my humble opinion - adaptability is on top of my list. AI and the tooling around it move fast - with the fast growth in AI and agentic AI, we as technical/engineering people need to adapt to the ever-changing pace. So being open to change and eager to keep learning matters more than having every tool nailed down on day one.
Also, be creative with how you use the tools. I think you're in the right direction when asking about automation tools - they're good to pair with AI for repetitive tasks. But like a sword, it's only as strong as the one who wields it - same with AI. You still need to think about the real problem and check if the result actually makes sense.
Good luck! Feel free to send me a follow-up question.
Best regards,
Casey
