Thanks for reaching out - I'm doing well! :)
For an agentic AI and automation trainee role, in my humble opinion, learnability is a big one. I didn't start as a software architect - I began in testing/QA and grew from there with training and mentoring inside Nokia. So you don't need to know everything on day one, but you should have a solid foundation in your area.
AI moves fast and the tools keep changing. What helps is showing you can learn and adapt fast, and that you care about the problem you're trying to solve - not only the automation part. AI can help a lot, but someone still needs to check if the result makes sense and own it when it doesn't.
You already applied, so that's a good step. Once you're in teamNokia, there's usually induction and training related to the role.
