Hi Nokia team, What’s a moment at Nokia that challenged you the most—and how did it shape your career path afterward?

I've been fortunate that most of my challenges have been positive ones. One notable challenge highlighted the power of teamwork. We had a major event approaching, and it was my responsibility to ensure everything ran smoothly. However, we faced a resource shortage because those who were supposed to assist had to prioritize their other tasks. Despite already handling a lot, I had to take on even more responsibility and find additional people to make the event successful. It wasn't easy, but failure was not an option. That's when my amazing colleagues stepped in! Together, we managed to make the event even better than originally planned, all thanks to teamwork. While I'm not sure how this experience changed my career path, it certainly reinforced the fact that we cannot succeed without the support of others.
