What is the best part of your job and how do you balance work life and personal life?

As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Nokia, the best part of my role is the opportunity to communicate and build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders from various cultures and backgrounds throughout the Middle East and Africa. This allows me to gain different perspectives that have enhanced my capabilities within the Talent Acquisition function.

Work-life balance is essential for all of us.

To ensure I maintain this balance, I always plan and have a time management strategy in place to prioritize my tasks for the week. This approach reduces uncertainty, enabling me to adjust as necessary. Another important aspect is having a supportive employer who values your contributions and supports flexibility. At Nokia, one of the great initiatives implemented is a flexible working model, allowing me to work from home some days, which is particularly helpful when you have a family!
