Hello Minh-Quy!
Thanks for reaching out. I'd say focus on numbers and achievements. Let me give you an example:
I worked at McDonald's in my younger years (17-20), and while I was there I knew I'd like to make my mark and eventually be different when exposing that on my CV.
I used storytelling by talking about numbers and achievement this way:
Guest Experience Leader:
- Management of a restaurant that invoiced more than 5M/year
- Over 30 letters on the praise's book
- Nominated National Guest Experience Leader of 2019
Crew Member:
- x2 Employee of the month
- Listener, keen and team player.
Was it helpful?
