What is your relationship like with your colleagues and team?

Hi, this question was for Kasia, but I'd like to share my thoughts, as this topic is so close to my heart. We have one particular thing at Nokia, it's the feeling of belonging and respect. I call it the Nokia Family. I have worked in two Nokia sites in Finland but I'm pretty sure this applies to all Nokia locations. We are all friends with each other, we respect each other. It simply feels good to work with other Nokia employees.

I believe that depending on if you were hired before or during the pandemic the relationship with your team may differ for everyone. My team and I managed to build and maintain a strong professional relationship remotely, and now as we see each other in the office it only gets better! As a new team member, communication was particularly important to me, my team was always there for me. I can ask any time I need senior development advice which allows me to progress and contribute to my team's success.
