Thank you for this question. I feel that I have very healthy relationships with my colleagues and teammates. I work virtually and do not see my colleagues and teammates very often. Yet, I speak with many of them, exchange emails and texts with many of them, and meet with many of them each day. In addition to work, we also routinely ask about each other’s welfare, families, and exciting activities. I’m a strong believer in knowledge-sharing and being a team player. That means that I strive my utmost to consistently treat my colleagues’ and teammates’ workplace needs and challenges with the same (and sometimes more) importance and priority as my own. I do whatever I can to support and assist them. Work is challenging, but we have fun doing it whenever we can. Although I have not met many of my colleagues and teammates in person, I consider a good number of them not just as co-workers, but also as my friends.

Hi! Having worked at Nokia for many years, I've had the privilege of getting to know hundreds of colleagues. If I had to describe those relationships in one word, it would be respect. I remember each person I've worked with over the years with warmth and appreciation, and I sincerely wish them all the best. Some of these colleagues have become close friends whose lives I continue to follow more closely.

In general, I feel a friendly atmosphere in our office, and that makes every interaction enjoyable.

The people I work with the most are based abroad, so we don’t meet in person often. Luckily, our virtual meetings are always filled with trust, mutual respect, and a good dose of fun.

A funny thing I’ve noticed: wherever I go in my hometown, I almost always bump into someone from Nokia. And when I meet someone new, they often have a connection to a current or former Nokia employee. There are a lot of us—especially in Finland—and in some way, we all belong together.
