What is your relationship like with your colleagues and team?

Thanks for the good question! Respect has always been one of the key values in Nokia and it really defines our culture in practice. In fact, I have wondered many times how Nokia has succeeded in this so well. I know that's not the case in all workplaces. My team is a good example of this: our meetings are very open, direct, we joke a lot and always with respect for each other. We don't have to specifically highlight it, it's just there. I feel it brings a sense of security to our daily interaction.

I feel it's easy to make contact with everyone in Nokia, even those I don't know. And I feel confident of getting a nice and friendly reply. The phrase "Nokia Family" describes this topic well, we are all on the same boat, going in the same direction, together as a team. Sounds like a cliché, but that's how I feel.
