Thanks for asking this important question. All new hires at Nokia from their primary day will immerse themselves in an extraordinary learning journey with specific training focused not exclusively on their role but also to be familiar with Nokia's internal processes and company culture. Nokia has a development approach focused on the 70/20/10 model. In this, 70% is defined as learning by doing, where knowledge and skills will be gained through job experience, practice, job rotation, new challenges and tasks, applying new learning, etc. The remaining 20% are defined as learning with and through others and the wider community of talents at Nokia when you are encouraged to make new connections and collaborate with the exchange of ideas and information with other employees. Last but not least, the 10% are defined as learning through formal training, and events, where the company will provide you with the possibility to participate in Seminars, Corporate Leadership Programs, Masterclasses, etc. Talking a little more about the culture of continuous learning and development in Nokia, the company facilitates and helps their employees in the development of their careers through customized and very useful tools for it. For example, the NokiaEDU platform - our Nokia Learning tool - offers Nokia products and technologies learning, along with business skills and mandatory training for employees. It also provides generic business and technology-related learning.   Another example of a tool focused on the continuous learning process in Nokia is the Nokia Career Development Framework composed of many other tools focused on self-discovery, self-awareness, competency self-assessment, understanding of the possibilities of what works best for you based on your experience, skills competencies and opportunities, a career choice possibilities where you need to make choices based on your career goals, profession aspirations, skills, interests and many others resources to help you on your learning journey.   Continuous learning is an integral part of our culture and we encourage personal development. However, as a Nokia employee, you own your development and will be supported by your Line Manager on this journey to achieve success in your role and professional career. I hope that my answer provides you with some insights into the Nokia culture of learning and development.
