May I know whether an employer sees a career switch as something to worry or as proof of resilience and self-confidence?

Hi Srimal, nothing to worry about at all! People make career switches all the time and it is not seen as a negative trait. There are definitely some positives to it such as resiliency as you mentioned, adaptability, being able to learn quickly, being an individual with a variety of transferrable skill sets, etc.
