I totally agree with Mohamed. I'd just like to expand #1: Our culture is open and also respectful, there is no unnecessary hierarchy. Everyone is equally valuable. We want everyone to feel good at work.

I personally have spent more than 2 decades here and find immense job satisfaction. May it be as an individual contributor or a people manager, our opinion is valued and our work is respected. We have a strong sense of bonding, common purpose and vision across teams, global locations and roles. We have an amazing work culture and strong teamwork. Moving horizontally or vertically is all transparent and possible with the right skills and based on merit.
