Hi,
To give you a good answer I need more details. What area you are interested in? Do you have experience? Where are you from?
We have several ways to join us. As experienced employee you can find an offer and apply. As less experienced one, I recommend to get familiar with areas you are interested in (that’s why questions in the beginning). In Poland we organise the Nokia Academy - we teach newbies to propose them a job after this course.
So - depending on your skills and plans, we have several options.
