Sure! I think that there are many ways to learn from more senior employees. On a daily basis, we can learn from them during our daily duties through several channels - meetings, chats, code reviews, and so on. Regarding mentoring and coaching, there are a lot of coaches and mentors in Nokia so I am sure that one can find the best mentor and coach for oneself!
