Hello,
In Nokia we have different channels to learn, as you mentioned one of them is learning from others, we use shadowing techniques, mentoring and coaching. We receive support to plan our career path and we have a learning development model.

Sure!
I think that there are many ways to learn from more senior employees. On a daily basis, we can learn from them during our daily duties through several channels - meetings, chats, code reviews, and so on.
Regarding mentoring and coaching, there are a lot of coaches and mentors in Nokia so I am sure that one can find the best mentor and coach for oneself!

Hi,

There are several effective channels for mutual learning and growth. One key opportunity involves participating in training sessions led by experts. At Nokia, we boast an extensive knowledge base, enabling individuals to delve into everything from foundational concepts to the latest research findings. These learning experiences can range from formal, site-wide general training conducted by an expert in a large auditorium, to informal knowledge-sharing sessions eg, at the start of a new project or when introducing a new tool, etc. Equally vital is hands-on, experiential learning. Personally, I find pair-work particularly effective, as it allows me to practice under the direct guidance of an experienced colleague, ask questions, and openly discuss challenges.
