I do not see employees differentiating work and personal life. The openness in the work culture keeps people engaged. The flexibility in work style, ready access to information, technology to enable remote support and openness to extend support makes the work atmosphere and culture cohesive and easy. The HR policies are employee friendly, focus on gender diversity, supports the development of soft skills, fine arts, hobbies, sports, social service etc. Thereby one of the best places to work that is evident with the tenure of Nokia employees and the pattern of homecoming.
