As a fresher, one of the best ways to grow at Nokia is by staying curious, being proactive, and diving into projects where you can learn by doing. It really helps to ask questions, stay open to feedback, and take initiative—you’ll find that people are very supportive when they see your drive to learn.
Building a strong foundation in software fundamentals and getting comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional teams will go a long way.
