I would like to share three pieces of career advice, especially in the 5G network field. Firstly, you could aim to become a technical leader or subject matter expert. Secondly, you could also consider becoming a specification engineer. This role builds the requirements, jumping to the other side of the boat, from testing the requirement to authoring the requirement.
