Additional information
I want to work as a wireless communication engineer in the 5g or 6g area. I am a BTech fresher from India and I believe I have a good experience, high-quality projects, and strong fundamentals. Which position should I apply for? Can I apply for open positions abroad as well? What will the selection procedure be like?

Trainee positions and junior positions are the best to start after graduating. If you have a coding background/experience, modeling engineer positions are superb for understanding better how the standards are used inside the industry. You can certainly apply for positions abroad, there are several open positions in Finland related to 5G work. The selection procedure is based first on curriculum and cover letter and then interviews.
