Hi Johnson!
Yes, we have a system in place for personal development.
First, there are many pieces of training available which consist of presentations or videos that you can watch in order to develop your skills and knowledge.
Then you are also allowed to do your own pieces of training, for example by reading a book that can help you do a better job. If I am not mistaken, 10% of your time can go to personal development (so either through formal pieces of training or personal). You also have 1-in-90 meetings with your manager (one dedicated discussion for objectives and personal development with your line manager every 90 days) so that you can define your development goals and make sure you are on-track and supported.
