Leverage your unique lived experience. Your story is your superpower. You don’t need to fit a traditional mold to thrive here. My background includes being a former athlete, running my own marketing company, and working across both creative and strategic roles. Each step shaped how I lead, communicate, and solve problems. Whatever you bring whether it’s from a different industry, a side hustle or life experience it matters. Use it. Stay curious. It's important to learn continuously and maintain a sense of wonder about the world. Some of my best experiences came because I was open to them. I’ve found the most growth when I asked questions, explored new domains and managed projects I hadn't quite fully mastered yet. Be willing to learn and lean into the unknown. Foster strong, genuine relationships with people that inspire you. Invest in the people around you. Listen well, follow through, and make room for others to shine. It makes the work meaningful and gives you a deeper feeling of belonging and purpose.

What do you live about your job and the company?
Working in this space means every decision, every message, and every campaign must be grounded in clarity and purpose. My role is about communicating how our solutions support mission-critical operations and help enable secure, reliable connectivity where it matters most. I believe the work we do plays a meaningful role in helping shape a safer, more stable world. With a background that includes both entrepreneurship and corporate strategy, I bring a practical and flexible approach to how we show up in the market. I value precision, long-term thinking, and building relationships rooted in credibility and trust. Those same values guide how I lead marketing efforts in the space and defense sector.
Greatest achievements
One of my greatest achievements has been the opportunity to represent an iconic brand like Nokia on a global stage. Working for a brand with such a rich history comes with a responsibility to honor where we’ve been while helping shape where we’re going. It has been especially rewarding to play a role in how people across industries perceive Nokia today. I’ve had the chance to work on messaging and campaigns that reach decision-makers in critical sectors and contribute to conversations that matter. I’m proud to work for Nokia and be part of the building of its new identity as we forge a path into the future that is different from its past.

From being a mere graduate to immersing myself in real software challenges in one corner of the world, and then transcending continents to make my mark in the software industry once again as a Software Engineer at Nokia, my journey over the years is not just a testament to my hard work and ambitions, but also a reminder that we are capable of achieving far beyond our initial expectations when we summon the courage to step out of our comfort zones. I firmly believe that each of us can benefit from embracing that courage from time to time, as it is often the catalyst that propels us towards new opportunities and greater heights.
