That said, one thing we consistently value is curiosity that goes beyond coursework. Students who stand out are those who actively explore how what they’re learning applies in the real world—whether that’s through projects, internships, hackathons, self‑learning, or exposure to areas like networks, telecom, software, or data. Equally important is being able to show your passion for Nokia—what excites you about our work, the impact we have, and how you believe your skills and experiences could add value. It’s not just about high grades - it’s about your drive, motivation, and how you connect your university experience to Nokia.

From a CV and application perspective, a well‑structured, clear, and concise CV that highlights your most relevant skills can make a big difference. Where possible, try to quantify your impact—whether that’s through coursework, projects, internships, or even self‑initiated learning. Ultimately, be authentic and show us not just what you’ve learned, but why it excites you and how you want to grow.
