Clean data is a challenge for Nokia as I'm sure it is for all companies. Data is messy. Incomplete and unstructured and filled with errors. Here are some metrics used at Nokia (most of my experience is in the Learning organization but we have lots and lots of data haha). Data Accuracy - % of correct and incorrect. Completeness - % of complete and incomplete. Data Validity, Timeliness, and Uniqueness. There are likely others but these are representative. At Nokia, we are continually trying to ensure data quality.
