How is the work culture at Nokia?

Nokia embraces the value of diversity for business success and supports the needs of all its employees - including a focus on gender and on its minority populations. Nokia focuses on the most important environmental and individual factors to help assure its employees’ workplace success: (1) well-defined processes/instructions, automation, and tools, (2) relevant and frequent supervisor feedback, and (3) a variety of incentives. Depending on employee’s performance needs and professional goals, (4 & 5) Nokia makes abundant informational and professional development training opportunities available to its employees, and (6) mandates frequent one-on-one meetings between employees and their managers.
