I have done a few different things in my career so far but I didn't graduate from any top schools. I feel that is one of the things that set me back in networking with the right people or I couldn't spot great opportunities. How does one get noticed when applying on the Nokia career site?

Hello Arunima,
My advice would be to always get prepared with the information about the company and the industry. Before applying to any role you need to review the requirements and make sure you have the knowledge. Your resume needs to be very clear and brief.
