As an engineer, it depends on the role you are hired for. If you work on the hardware side, you may usually work in the labs and on software side, you work on software that helps enable and manages the hardware.
In terms of work culture, it is an exciting place to work at as Nokia is constantly innovating to keep up with the new trends.
