If you're joining us for a co-op or internship and are interested in continuing with us full-time after graduation, here are our top recommendations to help you explore new graduate opportunities:
- Start the conversation early: Speak with your manager to express your interest in staying on after graduation. They can explore potential openings on their team or refer you to other teams that may be hiring.
- Make the most of your time here: While you're with us as a student, take every opportunity to build your network. Attend student socials, lunch & learns, site events, and get involved in Employee Resource Groups. These experiences will help you connect with people across different teams and areas of the organization and could open doors to future opportunities.

When should I submit my internship? I am in first year in my college.

It depends on your availability to complete an internship during your studies. We are currently hiring for Winter 2026 (January - April). In January, we will start hiring for Summer 2026 (May - August).

Thank you! I’ll definitely keep that in mind if I’m lucky enough to be part of the company in the near future. I’d love to make the most of those opportunities and continue growing within Nokia.
