Can you please explain about the graduate trainee program?

Hi Neethu, we have several different graduate trainee programs throughout Europe, it all depends on the location where you apply! What is similar in all locations is that you'll be supported by a buddy that will help you through Onboarding and you'll be given the tools you need to succeed! After joining there's a global network for graduates where we get support from each other and development opportunities!
