What advice would you give to someone applying to Nokia?

The more colorful your background is, the better. We, as a company, are extremely diverse when it comes to culture and backgrounds, so showcasing that, is always a strength.

Although Nokia is a Tech company, we have lots of areas where you can work. We look for passionate candidates who love what they do, so make sure you pick something you really enjoy!
