Hi Odai, thanks for this great question. In my opinion, the most important principle that a company should have to keep on diversity is psychological safety. When people are safe to be who they are, they can bring in their full selves and their unique differences to the workplace. Psychological safety is a prerequisite for inclusion to happen and for diversity to flourish.
