What role should i pick up I m in RF and Microwave, and EM Simulation for the Past 4 Years?

I am currently building an application for 5G Simulation in India which does indoor and outdoor simulation. I do Ray tracing, Beam Forming Simulations, MIMO, and Antenna Array Design for 5G. What skills do I need to upgrade to get me into the Nokia Company?
