How does Nokia support flexible working and work/life balance?

I have found Nokia extremely supportive of flexible working and truly do advocate a healthy work/ life balance for all employees. Flexible working arrangements are a given. The teams understand that everyone has different requirements and require flexibility - we all work together to ensure that wherever we are - office, working from home or travelling (when we can) we are enabled to participate and still be engaged. As for work/ life balance it is encouraged we do practice this.
