How is the environment in Budapest?

Our Nokia Budapest site is in the lively city center with restaurants and shops in the neighborhood. There is also a cinema, where we typically hold our Budapest town hall meetings when Nokia executives visit us. We have various facilities such as a Baby-Parent room, gym, sauna, Team-Building room, and many open spaces where colleagues can network. We have a strong speak-up culture. Employees can raise questions with the Country Management Team members every month during a Breakfast session; within the 'Country People Agenda', we organize diverse events: the Nokia Pride Team went to the Budapest Pride together, a 3-week long Summer Camp for the Nokia employees and their children to help the parents during the school free period and the Winter Festival, with a lot of health screening options and various winter activities, like a skating activity together with all the employees in Budapest.
