Touch the sky with glory TO create the technology to connect the world
From embarking a journey with Indian Air Force as Logistics Officer for 12 years, to laterally shifting into civil aviation with Deccan Charters followed by supporting an aerospace client at Accenture as General Manager Supply Chain Operations, I joined the Nokia family in 2013 with Nokia Devices and then transitioned into Nokia Networks having various roles such as Head Planning & Logistics, Project Manager Operations Improvements and currently as the Head of Operations Services Center.

Current Position

Operations Services Management to support end to end Global Operations
Primary elements of Global operations namely Procurement, Global Business Services, Supply Chain Operations like Supplier Ordering & Delivery Assurance, Data Management (Technical, Product, Pricing, Contracts etc.), Customer Order Management & Fulfillment, Product & Logistics Costing, Business Process Management, Reporting & Data Analytics, Quality & Continuous Improvement are supported from the Operations Services Center to support Nokia footprint globally.
I'm based in Chennai (India).

Greatest Achievement

Set up of Operations Center from scratch that is today 200+ in 3 years
I was closely collaborating with all stakeholders across the globe to set up a new team and ensure the team members are trained and equipped to support global Nokia offices with the end-to-end Global Operations. At the same time, I also enabled the CI (Continuous Improvement) culture & Automation focus in partnership with the global stakeholders. The confidence levels in the teams have built and we see more activities getting into our portfolio year on year and this since the launch 3 years ago. For me, Nokia is simply the place to be for professionals who want to challenge their limits, achieve and set benchmarks!
